Every review answered, the right ones on their own
Review replies are the answers Hostli drafts for a hotel’s Google reviews in the hotel’s own voice, posting four and five star replies automatically where the hotel allows it and holding every review of three stars or below for a person.
Google reviews get a drafted reply in your voice. Four and five star reviews can post without waiting; three stars and below always stop for you, because that is where the wording matters.

How it works
I
A review arrives
Read, rated, and matched against what the guest actually said.
II
A reply is drafted
In your voice, from the facts of the stay, in the reviewer’s language.
III
Sent, or held
Warm reviews post on their own if you allow it. Anything critical waits, with a suggested reply and the option to escalate.

Why it works
A star with no text gets a fixed thank-you
A model handed "five stars, no comment" invents a stay. So it does not get the chance.
Critical means human
The threshold is not adjustable below three stars. A silent one-star is never thanked.
Insights, not just replies
Review themes feed the campaign copy and the fact ledger, so praise becomes an angle.
Questions, answered
- Can I switch auto-posting off?
- Yes, per property. Every reply then waits for approval.
- What about other review sites?
- Google today. Replies elsewhere are drafted into the inbox for you to post.
