Spend follows bookings, not the calendar

Budget pacing is Hostli’s daily reallocation of ad spend toward the ads and days that are producing bookings, with floors read from Meta’s published minimums so no campaign is starved below the level at which it can deliver.

Daily budget moves toward the ads that are booking rooms and away from the ones that are not. Floors are read from Meta’s own published minimums, so a campaign never quietly stops delivering.

Pace band around the monthly plan

A flat daily budget is a guess made once. Pacing is the same decision made every morning.

How it works

  1. I

A monthly pool, not a daily guess

You set a month. Hostli divides it across campaigns and days according to how each is converting.

  2. II

Floors from Meta, not from us

Meta will not deliver below its minimum for your currency and objective, and it does not warn you. Hostli reads those minimums daily and raises any budget that would fall under.

  3. III

    Held within a band

Spend accelerates when bookings come in and pulls back when they do not, but never beyond a set band around the plan.

Why it works

  • Value, not clicks

Pacing optimises for booking value, so the cheaper guest does not quietly win by volume.

  • Visible at a glance

A budget meter shows the month, the pace and what moved, in the app and in the weekly digest.

  • Editable live

Change a budget from your phone and the pacing recomputes. Past spend keeps its figures.

Questions, answered

Can I set a hard cap?
The monthly pool is the cap. Pacing moves money inside it; it never exceeds it.
What happens under Meta’s minimum?
The budget is raised to the floor and you are told. A campaign under the minimum does not deliver in any currency.
